Our Thermal Solution circulation heater, mounted on a skid with a control panel is one of our most popular systems that we build. This can be used for air, water, bio-fuels, ammonia, vaporizers, fuel-gas or even salt water and other corrosive materials. Our staff is well trained when working with standards such as ASME, ANSI, NEC, CE, NEC, UL, AISC, and ASTM.

From custom desktop control consoles to large Hot Oil Systems, we are set up to bring all solutions to our customer database of end-users, OEM's and ENC's alike. We offer ovens/furnaces new or rebuilt and we repair your old ovens/furnaces with newer updated technology using more energy efficient process parts such as heaters, insulation, controllers, HMI software and SCR control.

Thermal Solutions also has the capacity to build, repair and drill out platens, heat rolls and dies used in plastics, rubber and composite manufacturing.
